Our custom personalized online coaching and training plans are designed specifically to prepare you for the race(s), distance(s) and duration you choose. These are specifically designed for your individual needs. An initial consultation is the first step in getting started with a custom training program.

 

1. Initial Consultation

Culvertraining coaches understand that improved performance happens when coach and athlete have complete trust in each other. That’s why an initial consultation (free of charge) is recommended before any training partnership goes ahead. Your coach will review your training history, health, current fitness levels, work commitments, time availability and triathlon goals.

 

2. Planning Your Race Season

Culvertraining coaches work with you to formulate a complete training and/or racing plan for the entire season. Your coach will outline your upcoming training cycles to achieve maximum performance at your main races and events.

 

3. Intensity of Training

Culvertraining coaching packages are suitable for all levels of athletes preparing for every type of endurance racing. Whether you’re just starting out on your first ever short-course triathlon or are a seasoned veteran looking for an edge in your next Ironman competition, our coaches can design custom plans to suit you.

 

4. Modifying Your Coaching Plan

Culvertraining custom programs gives you the flexibility to modify your training and racing schedule, switch your membership on and off depending on whether you are injured, traveling or just taking a ‘break’ from training. You’ve also got the option to stop the program entirely if you not satisfied.

Whether you are a novice or elite athlete, optimal performance comes with improve swimming technique. Culvertraining 1:1 instruction begins with thorough analysis and honest feedback. You will be provided with an analysis of your mechanics for use throughout your training. Instruction is personal, structured and confidential. Our focus on proper mechanics lead to optimal performance.
